OUR PATENT PROSECUTION EXPERTISE
In the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Pat Musacchio and Peter Luccarelli have spent their entire careers prosecuting applications in electro-mechanical related Technology Centers 3600 and 3700, and their predecessor organizations. Steve Marsh prosecutes applications before chemistry and bio Technology Centers 1600, 1700. Wendy Koba prosecutes applications in computer, networking, communications, and electrical Technology Centers 2100, 2400, 2600, and 2800.

We work with corporate in-house legal, marketing, and sales specialists to identify and clear new trademarks and service marks, and prosecute applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
